Digital Subscriber Line

It's amazing how much better AT&T's DSL tech-support has gotten. Of course, I was an "early adopter," and you know what that means.

There are no ifs, ands, or maybes -
early adopters get the crankiest babies.

Calling support was a plunge into "DSL Hell"
but now - years later - the process works pretty well.

Especially considering that DSL is a huge
kluge.
