A Little Bit Lazy

The president thinks Americans haven't done enough to attract foreign investment:

But we've been a little bit lazy, I think, over the last couple of decades.

I admit I have been lazy,
and my business plan is hazy.

But if foreigners want to lend,
I stand ready to spend.

Perhaps I'll make solar panels,
and sell them on cable channels.

I'll take a loss on every piece,
but watch my market share increase!
