Accustomed to the institutional life:

This guy, at 73, is walking around with a hip replacement. Who gave him that artificial hip? Was it the prison system? Maybe he's willing to trade his freedom for comprehensive healthcare!
At three-quarters of a century,
he's aiming for the penitentiary.
