Noisy doings in the Green Mountain State:

"SOUTH BURLINGTON, Vt. (WCAX) Keep your pooch out of the park. The South Burlington City Council has ordered the dog park at Jaycee Park be closed permanently. A notice went out saying it's due to excessive noise in the residential neighborhood."
