Self Coaching

Weeks after I do a marathon, I'm still a slug.
Deep laziness sets in. I fail to lug
Myself into the gym, feeling totally uninspired.

But it's ridiculous. Tired?
I should just get my butt in gear!

Maybe tomorrow.
Then again,
Maybe next year.
