They were quite the power couple here. He was a congressman, she was an alderman.
Then they both resigned, citing his health problems.
But they both turned out to be suffering from a bad case of feds breathing down their necks:
Jesse Jackson Jr. and his wife Sandi intend to plead guilty to federal charges alleging the former congressman misused $750,000 in campaign funds while she understated their income on tax returns for six years, their lawyers say.
They both have J.D. degrees,
so I hope they understand their guilty pleas.
