Unmournful Terrapin

Here's a limerick from the banquet speech, about a local bar - the Cheerful Tortoise - that was popular with many attendees. But sometimes their rowdy loudness kept other people awake in the dorms.

There once was a tortoise so cheerful,
He never was fearful or tearful.
He danced hokey pokey,
And sang karaoke,
And gave all his buddies an earful.
