Bernie Mac has died. Here in Chicago. At 50.
He had been in the hospital for pneumonia.
It makes me sad. He still had a lot of funny in him. He was an acute observer, he wasn't afraid to say what he saw, and he made me laugh.
You're done with your journey,
and won't be back.
I'm going to miss you,
Bernie Mac.
