Mitosis II
So when a bacteria splits in two... is it dead? Or alive? Or something else, instead?
And if alive... then each of them today Goes back a long way.

Well, isn't scientifically agreed that bacteria's are the oldest living creatures on Earth (possibly in the entire universe)?
So, yea I would think they are all alive even after they have multiplied... or rather, they stay alive through multiplication (cell division)... damn, mathematics.. was never good at it.
