The "Dan Ryan" is the stretch of Interstate 94 that runs down the spine of Chicago's South Side. For 2 years it has been clogged with renovation work.
No more. And Marsha is right to say "wide" open.
How did the traffic gods get so smart?
They added a lane to the crowdedest part.
