New Birds in Town

They're little yellow finches
With a height of just 2 inches.

I saw one hopping around
Downtown.
A lady was trying
To make it stay.
The bird kept flying
Ahead, away.

Perhaps she thought it would make a good pet.
Perhaps it would. But it's wild yet.
