Expanding the Client Supply for Lawyers

For his "regulation czar," Obama chose his buddy Cass Sunstein, a U of Chicago Law prof.

But the nomination is in trouble, because agricultural interests are unhappy with one of his positions:
I will suggest that animals should be permitted to bring suit, with human beings as their representatives, to prevent violations of current law.
I would find it less than funny
to be sued by a bunny
that my dog had chased
in hope of a taste.
